I am Kriti. I live in Bangalore, Karnataka. I have completed my Masters degree in Yoga. I have accomplished 500 hrs. of Teacher Training course certified by US Alliance. I teach different forms of Yoga- Basic to Advance with a concept of food, nutrients and ayurvedic way of cooking and treatment.
I am flexible since childhood that’s what it’s been told about me. When I was growing, I tried different outdoor games however, never felt fulfilled.
One fine day, my Guru asked me, would you like to teach Yoga? And I answered “Yes! Would love too”. My Guru, suggested me to learn and practice Yoga diligently and discipline is the key metrics to Yoga. And that’s how Yoga got introduces to my life and it gave me an actual meaning and it’s cosmic to be into a yogic way of living.
Here I started practicing it routinely and stated following instructions, does and don’ts and other precautionary measures.
It’s been 5+ years I have been into practice and Yoga has become a part and parcel of my daily routine and an inseparable part of my life. It helps in :-
Yoga helps me to grow both personally and professionally. I conduct classes and motivate my people to practice religiously. I have helped 200+ members to gain a good mental and physical health by Yoga, right eating habit, home remedies and introduction of good practices in daily life.

I am Jyoti. I live in UAE. I have 15+ years of experience in Yoga. I am also a Sound Healer. I have done my Masters in Yoga and also 200hrs RYTT certified from US alliance. I have learnt traditional and modern both forms of yoga from India which is known to be an “origin of yoga”.
I have helped and motivated 500+ members to practice yoga which includes a large group of senior citizen and young folks both. I work basically on the enhancing energy level of my students .I believe in the pure form of energy that exist in human body ,that need to be aligned each day from the time we open eyes in the morning till the time we are back to sleep.
I have conducted many awareness sessions and yoga asanas session in India and UAE. Yoga is a part of my life and it keeps me going with my busy routine. Yoga helps to maintain a balance between both sides of life when it’s come to personal life and professional.

I work more on strengthening of bones and core muscles for my students. According to me, human body with the growing age need good muscles stretch and training on regular basic to maintain muscles health. I have a good knowledge of breathing technique and different body vibration.
